Welcome to allyoufind (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same courtesy in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a takedown notice to us via our designated DMCA Agent listed below.
As an online service provider, we are protected under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions and are therefore entitled to immunity from infringement claims, provided we comply with proper notice-and-takedown procedures.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
To submit a valid infringement claim, please provide the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed, including the exact URL or location of the content in question;
- Contact information of the complaining party, including name, physical address, email, phone number, and (if available) fax number;
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
⚠️ Please note: Title 17 USC §512(f) provides civil damage penalties, including costs and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly misrepresents information in a DMCA notification.
Submission
All takedown notices should be submitted through our Contact page.
For fastest response, email is strongly recommended.
👉 Please be aware that we may share your claim, including your contact details, with the alleged infringer. By submitting a notice, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA claim, you may file a counter notification to request reinstatement. A valid counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- A description of the material removed and its original location before takedown;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., to any jurisdiction where allyoufind may be found).
Counter notices should also be submitted via our Contact page, with email preferred for faster processing.
Repeat Infringer Policy
allyoufind takes copyright infringement seriously. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and actively enforce a repeat infringer policy. Accounts belonging to repeat violators will be terminated.

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time, without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for changes.
